The primary goal of this service is to help ensure your audio visual equipment is operating correctly and to avoid / mitigate the consequences of failure of this equipment.  This program is designed to preserve and restore equipment reliability by performing service tasks such as:

• Filter cleaning
• Re-calibration & image adjustments
• Replacement of worn components (as required & approved) before failure

Our onsite servicing saves you effort and the cost of managing this internally.  We can perform this service as a one-off, or as most clients prefer as a scheduled program at an agreed specified period (i.e. annually or every six months).

In addition to these basic tasks, our technicians will record observations of the equipment condition and note deterioration.  All of our information is presented in a service report which clearly outlines which items require replacement or repair.  The finalised report is a great auditing and asset management tool when putting together budgets and operational planning.
